Brazil - my country - Where the sounds come in from Europe and Africa blended with an undefinable native colour to result in beautiful music, music which fills you with fire.

Brazil is huge, and its` music is varied. From the northeast comes the frevo, baiao, xote, maracatu, afoxe. From the southeast comes the choro, samba, bosa nova and there are many other styles. Nóis wants to explore all of them. Our repertoire includes new arrangements of Brazilian classics and original compositions.

To be faithful to Brazil`s musical tradition is not just a question of tight rhythms and the right chords. Brazilian music is a collective thing. It has been created collectively over the last centuries, and it makes much more sense when all involved - musicians and audience - become one to celebrate. Playing, Singing and Dancing.
